All Rose Water & Co. products are made-to-order, which helps us reduce overproduction and waste.

 

Therefore:

    •    We do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse

    •    However — if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us to discuss a replacement

Damaged / Incorrect Items

 

Please email us within 14 days of delivery with:

    •    Order number

    •    Photo of the issue

​

We'll take care of you within 3-5 business days of your initial email

​

Any contact about a return after said 14-day window does not qualify under our Refund Policy
